TOPIC 2: WRITE ABOUT YOUR EATING HABITS

MY EATING HABITS

For my breakfast, I eat nothing. I know it’s not good for my health but I’m too busy to have breakfast. I promise I’m going to control my time in the morning. I think I should get up early.

   

Lunch is the most important meal in the day so I eat a lot such as rice, egg, meat, and veggies. I'm not picky. I eat when I am hungry. We should not fast to lose weight but should eat a reasonable diet to ensure the best health. I usually eat slowly because I think food will be easier to digest and can feel the taste of food

     

In the evening, I have dinner with my family.  I usually eat I always eat rice and green vegetables equally. I also eat meat too.
    

At the weekend, I play football and do exercise at home. I exercise early in the morning and play soccer in the afternoon. So I have a body in shape. Sometimes, I eat out with my girlfriend at the weekend. 

   

Besides having a regular diet, you also have to exercise. You should exercise for at least 30 minutes. You can exercise at the gym or go for a run in the park.  Thanks for reading!
